Hold two corners of the scarf with each hand and fold the garment so the width is halved. Then drape the scarf over your forearm to fold again, this time lengthways. Place the scarf round your neck and pull one end of the scarf through the loop on the other. Then tighten to your specification.

Traditionally, your scarf should be worn over your shirt or jumper but tucked underneath you coat so only the section wrapping your neck is visible. Scarves are a great way to bring a bit of colour to your outfit, so don’t be afraid to wear a scarf with a colourful pattern.
