You may also drop off items you wish to return to our Jermyn Street store. IMPORTANT All refunds are processed by our customer service team in Andover, our store team will send your refund there to be dealt with. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please ensure you have your returns form filled in if you are dropping goods in store.

Please note: we have extended our returns window to 30 days, but your well being is of paramount importance to us so please return any unsuitable goods whenever you are able. You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. We would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service.

Items excluded from our goodwill returns policy include gift cards, altered/hemmed items (including trousers that have been hemmed or changed to a zip fly, covert coats with velvet collar), boxer shorts and socks. Refunds are based on the Sterling price, and are determined using the daily exchange rate. This can fluctuate from the price originally charged.

If you are returning goods from outside the UK please read the following carefully: Many items that are returned to us get held up at customs due to incorrect labelling resulting in substantial customs charges and in some cases goods being returned to the sender (you). This often occurs to items coming back from the U.S. We are unable to accept, or refund, any such costs associated with return goods levied by customs or carriers. Please label both the outside of the package and the airway bill with the following phrase: ‘BRITISH RETURN GOODS’ . This is very important as it prevents you, the customer, being charged any import duty or tax on goods that are simply being returned to the UK for exchange or refund. Please do not use FEDEX to return packages to Cordings.
