DELIVERY

All deliveries are sent by a tracked courier service; all costs are per order regardless of the number of items.

UK & NORTHERN IRELAND EXCLUDING THE CHANNEL ISLANDS AND THE EXTENDED AREAS: £7.00 – next day signed for delivery.

EXTENDED AREAS: £15.00 – up to 2 working days.
These are: Scottish Highlands and Islands, The Western Isles, Shetland, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man.

EUROPEAN UNION INCLUDING CHANNEL ISLANDS: £25.00 - Up to 3 working days.

NON EU COUNTRIES: £37.50 - Up to 7 working days.

PICK UP FROM OUR STORES: Free – normally this takes 2 hours during normal office hours. We will send you an e mail when it is ready to collect, please ring our customer service team on 0207 758 4122 before coming to store if you haven’t received this. Click here to view our shop opening times.

BFPO - British Forces Posted Overseas: please ring our customer service team on 0207 758 4122 to place your order.

PO BOX NUMBERS - We are unable to ship to these.

Please allow a further 2 working days on all destinations, including pick up from store, if alterations are required. Additionally, please allow an additional 2 working days on all destinations during busy periods.
Customers outside of the EU will NOT be charged UK VAT tax (at the current rate) however LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND IMPORT DUTIES may be levied on any goods dispatched by post and are payable by the customer upon receipt of your goods, these costs are non-refundable by Cordings, as they are out of our control. All orders on this site will be charged in British Pounds Sterling.

You can also return the goods in person to either of our two stores.

Please note: We ask that all items are returned in saleable condition. You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. We would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. If you are returning a sale item, we can only offer store credit unless the goods are faulty.Items excluded from our goodwill returns policy include gift cards, altered/hemmed trousers, boxer shorts and socks.

If you are returning goods from outside the EU please read the following carefully:
Many items that are returned to us get held up at customs due to incorrect labelling resulting in substantial customs charges and in some cases goods being returned to the sender (you). This often occurs to items coming back from the U.S. We are unable to accept, or refund, any such costs associated with return goods levied by customs or carriers. Please label both the outside of the package and the airway bill with the following phrase: ‘BRITISH RETURN GOODS’ This is very important as it prevents you, the customer, being charged any import duty or tax on goods that are simply being returned to the UK for exchange or refund.
