You may also drop off items you wish to return to our
Piccadilly store. IMPORTANT All refunds are processed by our
customer service team at our distribution center in
Hampshire, our store team will send your refund there to be
dealt with. Please ensure you have your returns form filled
in if you are dropping goods in store.
You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us.
We would recommend for your own protection that you use a
recorded delivery service. Once received, we process all
refunds within 5 working days of delivery, you will be
refunded the cost of the items returned to your original
payment method. Please kindly note that postage costs are a
non-refundable cost that the business has already incurred
with the courier.
Please note: For security reasons, we can only issue refunds
against the same payment method as the original purchase
Items excluded from our goodwill returns policy include gift
cards, altered/hemmed items (including trousers that have
been hemmed or changed to a zip fly, covert coats with
velvet collar), boxer shorts and socks as per the terms and
conditions agreed to at the point of ordering. Any return
made outside of this time frame is eligible for store credit
or exchange. All goods must be returned in a resalable state
for a refund or exchange.

Returns are processed within 7 days of receipt and will be
confirmed via email and credited to the original payment
method.
Items must be returned unworn and in a resaleable condition
within 30 days of receiving the order. Any time after this,
we will offer a credit note to the value of the goods.
We are unable to exchange International or European orders.
Please return the goods to us for a full refund and place a
new order for the items you’d prefer.
If you have pre-paid local government tax and duties,
please kindly note that Government Customs Authorities
do not refund tax and duties if an item is returned for
a refund. Therefore, these fees are non-refundable and
will be deducted from your refund. All charges are
available to view and can be sent on request.
