You may also drop off items you wish to return to our Piccadilly store. IMPORTANT All refunds are processed by our customer service team in Andover, our store team will send your refund there to be dealt with. Please ensure you have your returns form filled in if you are dropping goods in store.

Please note: we have extended our returns window to 30 days, but your well being is of paramount importance to us so please return any unsuitable goods whenever you are able. You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. We would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Once received, we process all refunds within 5 working days of delivery, you will be refunded the cost of the items returned to your original payment method. Please kindly note that postage costs are a non-refundable cost that the business has already incurred with the courier.

Christmas Returns Policy Any purchases made in store or online from 1st – 23rd December can be returned up until 31st January for a full refund. If preferred, we can also issue Store Credit to the value of the item which can be redeemed in store or online and valid for 12 months. Please note: For security reasons, we can only issue refunds against the same payment method as the original purchase. Please note alterations and gift cards lie outside of our return policy, any hemmed trousers, zip fly or velvet collar additions are void of return or refund as per the terms and conditions agreed to at the point of ordering. Any return made outside of this time frame is eligible for store credit or exchange. All goods must be returned in a resalable state for a refund or exchange.

Items excluded from our goodwill returns policy include gift cards, altered/hemmed items (including trousers that have been hemmed or changed to a zip fly, covert coats with velvet collar), boxer shorts and socks.
