All deliveries are by DHL on an Express service.
Please allow an additional 2 working days on all destinations if you require hemming or alterations or if you order during Sale periods.
Please note: You will NOT be charged UK tax (currently at 20%) however local government import taxes and duties may be payable upon receipt of your goods. These costs are non-refundable by Cordings, as they are out of our control. If any parcel is returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund any cost we incur.

Items must be returned within 30 days and in an unworn and resaleable condition. Any time after this, we will issue a credit note to the value of the goods.

Please note: You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us within 30 days. We advise that you use a local post office rather than an expensive courier to return your parcel on a recorded service. Once received, we process all refunds within 5 working days of delivery, you will be refunded the cost of the items returned to your original payment method. Please kindly note that postage costs are a non-refundable cost that the business has already incurred with the courier. Items excluded from our goodwill returns
policy include gift cards, altered/hemmed items (including trousers that have been hemmed or changed
to a zip fly, covert coats with
velvet collar), boxer shorts and socks.
Please be sure to state the reason for export as ‘BRITISH RETURN GOODS’ on the paperwork and write it on the outside of the package too. This is very important as it prevents you, the customer, from being charged any import duty or tax on goods that are being returned to the UK for exchange or refund. Customer Returns can get held by UK Customs due to incorrect labelling, this results in substantial import charges and in some cases goods being returned to the sender (you). We are unable to accept or refund any such costs associated with return goods levied by customs or carriers.
