All deliveries are by UPS. Please allow an additional 2 working days on all destinations during December and Sale periods. Please note: customers in the rest of the world will NOT be charged UK tax (currently at 20%) however local government import taxes and duties are payable upon receipt of your goods. These costs are non-refundable by Cordings, as they are out of our control. If any parcel is returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to deduct from your refund any cost we incur.

Please note: we have extended our returns window to 30 days, but your well being is of paramount importance to us so please return any unsuitable goods whenever you are able. You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. We would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Once received, we process all refunds within 5 working days of delivery, you will be refunded the cost of the items returned to your original payment method. Please kindly note that postage costs are a non-refundable cost that the business has already incurred with the courier. Items excluded from our goodwill returns policy include gift cards, altered/hemmed items (including trousers that have been hemmed or changed to a zip fly, covert coats with velvet collar), boxer shorts and socks. Refunds are based on the Sterling price, and are determined using the daily exchange rate. This can fluctuate from the price originally charged.

If you are returning goods from outside the UK please read the following carefully: Many items that are returned to us get held up at customs due to incorrect labelling resulting in substantial customs charges and in some cases goods being returned to the sender (you). This often occurs when customers are sending back items from the U.S. We are unable to accept or refund any such costs associated with return goods levied by customs or carriers. Please be sure to state the reason for export as ‘BRITISH RETURN GOODS’ . on the paperwork and label the outside of the package with this phrase too. This is very important as it prevents you, the customer, from being charged any import duty or tax on goods that are simply being returned to the UK for exchange or refund. We advise that you use a local post office rather than an expensive courier to return your parcel. Please do not use FEDEX to return packages to Cordings.
