Please note: we have extended our returns window to 30 days. You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. We would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. Items excluded from our goodwill returns policy include gift cards, altered/hemmed items (including trousers that have been hemmed or changed to a zip fly, covert coats with velvet collar), boxer shorts and socks.

If you are returning goods from outside the UK please read the following carefully: Many items that are returned to us get held up at customs due to incorrect labelling resulting in substantial customs charges and in some cases goods being returned to the sender (you). We are unable to accept, or refund, any such costs associated with return goods levied by customs or carriers. Please label both the outside of the package and the airway bill with the following phrase: ‘BRITISH RETURN GOODS’ . This is very important as it prevents you, the customer, being charged any import duty or tax on goods that are simply being returned to the UK for exchange or refund. Please do not use FEDEX to return packages to Cordings.

IMPORTANT - Local government tax and duties incurred when shipping into the EU are non refundable and will be deducted from any refunds. This means you will not be refunded the total amount you paid for each item. All charges are available to view and will be sent on request.
