TEMPORARY STORE CLOSURES
Following recent UK government guidelines on how we as a nation reduce the spread of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have instructed all our staff to stay at home until further notice. The well being of our team is of paramount importance to us, and in order to ensure they and their loved ones are not put at risk of infection it is essential that we limit their need to travel and interact.
Our Piccadilly and Harrogate stores will remain closed until we are instructed that it is safe to reopen. In order to protect our online team and reduce the pressure on our couriers we are also not accepting orders via our website.
Can I still place an order?
Any orders placed from 25th March will be immediately refunded, as we take payment on placement rather than shipment of order. We will contact you individually to discuss if you would like us to hold the items to be shipped at a later date.
I need to return an item for an exchange or refund, what should I do?
We would ask that you hold onto your order for the time being, we have extended our returns policy up to 120 days, but ask that you send the goods back to us when it is convenient for you to do so.
I have placed an order in the last few days, has this been shipped?
All orders up to and including the 24th March are with our couriers, so your order should be with you shortly.
