Men's Cotton Chino Trousers

Chinos are a type of trouser traditionally crafted from a lightweight cotton. The word 'Chino' derives from a Spanish term (tela china) that means 'cloth from China'. The lightweight fabric, flat-fronted belt-line, spacious fit and a leg that breaks over the shoe have lead this style of trouser to become one of the most versatile and popular.

Almost anything can be worn with chinos, they're incredibly versatile. For a more casual look, an open-neck and untucked oxford shirt creates a classic look, yet a more formal shirt, tie and cotton or linen jacket works perfectly as well.

Cotton remains the gold standard for a well made pair of chinos. Cotton breaths very well, softens with wear and holds it's shape. Some chinos are crafted with a touch of elastane woven in with the cotton to add a bit of stretch in the fabric.
