Our online retail store is looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Online Retail Assistant. You will need to be very organized and have excellent time management skills.
Key responsibilities and tasks include:
Picking and despatching of daily customers orders, Manage refunds/exchanges, Respond to telephone and internet enquires and ensure effective communication is make to a high level of customer service, Manage payment system in accordance with company procedures and policies
This is Monday to Friday job, however you might be asked to work on Saturdays in very busy periods such sales.
